Toyota University Motors operates on ‘3S’ (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) basis under the monitoring of the Customer Relations departments.

Customer Relations department provides the fastest and professional support to our valued customers at the dealership, and also via telephone e-mail or mail in order to share their feedbacks of their experience at the dealership.

We are open to every idea or suggestion to improve our product & services.We pay utmost attention to customers every commendation, complaint, claim and provide the appropriate processing as soon as possible to satisfy our valued customers.
